Interactive Job Aid in Articulate Storyline

Project Overview:
This interactive job aid was developed to support JSOU-EA facilitators with quick, on-demand guidance for delivering course content. Built in Articulate Storyline, the job aid allows users to access key procedures and walkthroughs through a simple, self-paced interface—minimizing the need for lengthy manuals or live retraining.

My Role:
I led the design, scripting, and development of the job aid in Storyline. I worked with stakeholders to identify common facilitator pain points, then converted these into user-friendly, interactive modules with clear navigation and embedded job tools.
